PDMS Devices The precision of the processing depends on the precision of the molds. YW MEMS offer high precision molds such as etched silicon, SU-8, and etched glass. Su-8 Devices Glue thickness range between 2-400um, glue thickness and line width ratio of 1:1, accuracy tolerance less than 10%. Silicon Runner Device The minimum line width is at the hundred nanometer level, the flow channel has high straightness and steepness, the line width precision is high, the controllable precision is within 5%, and the maximum depth to width ratio of the flow channel can reach 5:1. Glass Runner Devices Within 1um depth, IBE etching, etching accuracy within 10%, depth to width ratio 1:1, high processing efficiency. Depth of 1-20um can be etched by NLD, with high etching rate, high uniformity, high plasma density and low pressure discharge. Wet etching with a depth of 20um or more, high processing efficiency, depth to width ratio of 2:1 or more. Line width of 200um or more, low precision requirements, can be used for laser drilling. |
